A rule, fee or waiting time has changed

Tell us the country and link the consulate or ministry page that shows the new figure. We read that page, update the parameter file, rerun the tests and date the change.

Questions about your own family

We cannot assess a personal case, check documents or say whether a consulate will accept a file. Do not send birth certificates, passport numbers or names of relatives: the checker works without them, and so should our mailbox.

Embedding the checker

Genealogy societies, libraries and heritage associations may show the checker on their sites for free: see the embed page.
